Below is the list of bills that we need to have passed.

Please call all of your Delegates and Senators and have them support these bills.

H.B. 95: Times of hunting bears during training season: link

This bill was reported out of House Agriculture and Natural Recourses Committee with the amendment that allows hunting hours from 4 A.M.-10 P.M.

H.B. 311: Open season for hunting bears: link

This bill was tabled in Sub Committee and is dead this year.

H.B. 338: Separate License for hunting bear, deer and turkey: link

This bill was tabled in full Committee and is dead for this year.

S.B. 147: Times for hunting bears during training season: link

This bill has passed Senate committees and was passed by the full Senate with the hunting hours from 4A.M.-10 P.M.

There are two fox penning bills, one in the house that was tabled and one in the Senate that will be heard next Thursday.

Sunday hunting has passed the Senate and was tabled in the House.
